Onewin is investing approximately 13 million yuan to establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing hub for guitar products, featuring:
• 2 preliminary processing lines for solid wood panels
• 2 climate-controlled seasoning warehouses for wood stability
• 10 electric guitar production lines, covering CNC machining, assembly, sanding, painting, and silk-screen printing
• 2 guitar amplifier production lines (CNC and assembly)
• 2 smart module assembly lines for electric guitars
• 8 hardware accessory production lines for guitars and amplifiers, incorporating mechanical processing, sanding, surface treatment, painting, silk-screen printing, and packaging
Onewin officially launched production in January 2025, with an annual capacity of approximately 100,000 electric guitars.
